Plain terms for a small business. By ordering from ZeeNix you agree to these.
Orders
Orders are placed over WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once we have replied and confirmed your address — not when you send the first message. We may decline an order (for example, if we are out of stock or cannot deliver to your area), and we will tell you why.
Prices
- HerbLux Herbal Shampoo (200ml) — PKR 1,000
- Rootix Hair Growth Spray (120ml) — PKR 500
- ZeeNix Complete Hair Care System — PKR 1,400 instead of PKR 3,000
Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and include tax where applicable. Delivery is a flat PKR 300 on every order, charged separately from the product total. We may change prices, but never for an order we have already confirmed with you.
What we promise about the products
HerbLux and Rootix are cosmetic herbal products. They are not medicines and not a cure. We describe an honest timeline — a calmer scalp in around three weeks and visibly less falling in about 4–6 weeks, with new growth building from around three months — but hair is individual, and results genuinely vary from person to person.
Hair fall has many causes, including stress, iron and vitamin D deficiency, thyroid conditions, pregnancy and genetics. No herbal product can treat those. If your hair fall is sudden, patchy or severe, please see a doctor rather than relying on us.
Allergies
These products contain natural plant extracts. Natural does not mean allergen-free. Please read the ingredients on the bottle, and if you have sensitive skin, patch-test on your inner arm before using it on your scalp. Stop using it if you develop irritation.
