Delivery is a flat PKR 300 on every order — singles or the Complete System, same rate. Orders arrive anywhere in Pakistan in 2–3 working days.

HerbLux Herbal Shampoo is the herbal wash (200ml, PKR 1,000) — it cleans and strengthens in the shower, three or four times a week. Rootix Hair Growth Spray is a leave-in spray (120ml, PKR 500) — you spray it on the scalp daily to feed the root between washes. They're designed to work together, which is why the Complete System is PKR 1,400 instead of PKR 3,000.

Either works on its own. The shampoo alone is a genuine upgrade over an ordinary one. But shampoo cleans and the spray feeds the root, so the two together is where people see the most change — and the bundle costs less than buying them apart.

It helps with hair fall caused by a weak, oily or irritated scalp — the most common cause. But hair fall also comes from stress, iron or vitamin D deficiency, thyroid issues and post-pregnancy changes, and no herbal product can fix those. If your fall is sudden or severe, please see a doctor first. We'd rather say this than sell you something that can't help.

A calmer scalp in about three weeks, and visibly less falling in about 4–6 weeks. New growth and density build from month three onward. Anything faster than that is a claim, not a result.

Not quite. Reetha creates a softer, creamier foam — enough to clean, never enough to strip. Give it two washes to find its rhythm. Foam comes from sulphates, not from cleaning power.

Yes on all counts. Without sulphates or harsh surfactants it extends colour rather than stripping it, and it's gentle on rebonded, keratin-treated and relaxed hair. Both products are plain herbal formulas with nothing gendered about them, and are gentle enough for children over three.

If a product is unopened and sealed you can return it within 7 days. If you've used it and it isn't working for you, message us anyway — we'd rather sort it out than have you stay quiet.
