Privacy Policy
We keep this short because we collect very little. ZeeNix by Umar is run from Lahore, Pakistan.
What we collect
- Order details you send us on WhatsApp — your name, delivery address and phone number. We need these to deliver your order. Nothing more.
- Your cart — the products and quantities you pick are saved in your own browser so the cart survives a refresh. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.
- Anonymous usage data — which pages you visit and which buttons you tap, so we know what is working on this site.
This website has no accounts, no login and no payment form. The order form you fill in before checkout is not submitted to any server — it is used to write your WhatsApp message and is then discarded. We never see or store card or bank details.
What we do with it
We use your address and phone number to pack and deliver your order, and to reply to you. Your address is shared with the courier company so they can deliver the parcel — that is the only third party who receives it. We do not sell your data. We will not add you to a marketing list without asking you first.
Analytics and advertising
We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel so that our ads are shown to people likely to be interested. These tools set cookies and may record that you visited this page and tapped an order button. They do not receive your name, address or phone number — those you only ever send us directly on WhatsApp. You can block these with your browser or ad-blocker settings and the site will still work.
Orders happen on WhatsApp, which is owned by Meta and has its own privacy policy. Your conversation with us lives in WhatsApp under their terms, not ours.
